Primalist: Leveling as a Druid remains one of the smoothest options. With transformations like Werebear, you can deal consistent damage and enjoy solid survivability during the campaign.

Mage: The Spellblade is the standout leveling choice. Shatter Strike, combined with Mana Strike, offers a reliable rotation, balancing damage and resource recovery. While fragile at first, the Mage can quickly generate a Ward to bolster defenses.

Sentinel: With its rework, the Sentinel shines brighter than ever. Leveling as a Paladin grants easy access to Holy Aura and resistances, offering both strong offense and survivability.

Acolyte: Warlock leveling makes use of Chaos Bolt and Chthonic Fissure for clearing, while Infernal Shades shred bosses. This build combines reliable sustained damage with thematic dark flair.

Heartseeker Marksman: A projectile-heavy build that unleashes a barrage of Fire and Cold attacks across the screen. With great mobility and strong scaling from unique gear, this is one of the flashiest and most destructive builds, though it requires active play and proper gear investment.

Judgement Paladin: Centered on Consecrated Ground, this build deals damage while providing exceptional sustain. It excels in single-target fights and survivability, but can struggle with clear speed.

Warpath Void Knight: The classic spin-to-win archetype, Void Knight Warpath offers huge AoE damage and extreme clear speed. It's gear-dependent but simple and satisfying to play.

Tornado Shaman: By summoning tornadoes that call down storm bolts, this build combines high lightning damage with excellent sustain from defensive buffs. It thrives in monoliths but requires strategic positioning.

Stygian Coal Lich: Transform into Reaper Form and obliterate enemies with devastating necrotic beams. This build has tremendous DPS and sustain but relies heavily on cheap Last Epoch gold unique items and careful mana management.
