In general, the standard accessories include a large drag plate connecting rod, a small drag plate connecting rod, a clutch handle, and a large and small disk handle. Install connecting rod and handle before use.
(1) Check ball valve assembly machine

(2) Installation of instrument lathes
First, the anchor bolt holes are made on the table set up by the precast cement board, and a layer of cement slurry is poured on it. Place the bolted machine tool (the bolts do not need to be tightened) and gently shake the machine tool back and forth to keep it level. After standing for 48 hours, the cement at the foot of the bed will be compacted by the machine due to its own weight, and the bolt can be tightened after the cement is dry (this is a common way).
The machine can also be mounted on a self-made steel frame work table. During installation, please pay attention to prevent the deformation of the guide rail and ensure the horizontal combination of the bed foot and the workbench.
(3) ball valve assembly machine main motor installation
The main motor has two installation methods: horizontal pulley in the middle and vertical pulley side: horizontal installation of the motor and the machine in the same plane; The vertical motor is installed under the machine. The triangle belt connecting the spindle and the motor shall be adjusted to the degree of suitable tightness. The machine does not have a motor when leaving the factory, the user needs to choose the appropriate power motor (0.5~3KW) according to the machine model and cutting amount, the motor shell and the bed frame must be grounded. It is recommended to install a protective cover on the belt and clutch parts to ensure safe use.
(4) Adjustment of spindle bearing clearance of instrument lathe
The new machine adjusts the spindle bearing clearance before leaving the factory. After a period of use, the main shaft bearing of the machine tool should be properly adjusted to ensure the best clearance of the bearing, so as to ensure the use effect of the machine tool and the stability of the product, and improve the service life of the main shaft bearing. Please refer to the following figure to adjust the locking nut at the back of the headstock to make the spindle bearing obtain appropriate clearance. Generally, after adjustment, it is appropriate to rotate the spindle smoothly for 2 to 3 turns by hand, and then test run.
(5) Adjustment of the clamping force of the spring chuck
By adjusting the position of the front and back of the pressure plate.
(6) Replacement of instrument lathe belt
Instrument lathe belt disc has two kinds of central and external. The external belt tray can be replaced by removing the clutch section. The main shaft needs to be removed when the middle belt is replaced, the specific steps are as follows:
1) Remove the pressure plate and pull out the tube and chuck forward.
2) Unscrew the clutch lever seat from the spindle, remove the clutch support, take out the slide sleeve to loosen and take out the lock nut.
3) Loosen the screws of the front and rear end covers and remove the front and rear end covers.
4) Loosen the lock nut of the belt reel.
5) Press the spindle out of the headstock from back to front. (If the bearing needs to be replaced, it can be removed and replaced at the same time)
6) Replace the new tape and install all parts in reverse order. (Note that the two locking nuts should be in the opposite direction and tight to prevent loosening during installation)
7) Adjust the spindle bearing clearance.
